Roles and Responsibilities-

• Manage complete recruitment cycle (database search, contact and interview scheduling registration of candidate data and documentation).
• Evaluate profiles based on skills taking into account the requirements of the assigned positions.
• Hiring for Research associates, Clinical Managers, Clinical trials, Scientists etc.
• Responsible for sourcing/recruiting from different Job boards – Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva, etc.

Job Qualifications-

• Preferred minimum 6 months experience in recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the lifesciences.
