Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment.
• English Level B2+ or above
• Source and screen qualified candidates for different roles in the U.S.
• Present qualified profiles to clients
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups
