- Evaluate profiles in terms of skills considering the requirements of the assigned positions.
- Create a network of potential candidates.
- Negotiate salaries.
- Present qualified profiles.
- Conduct interviews by phone and via Teams.
- Meet established candidate delivery goals according to assignments.
Job Qualifications-
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, and related careers.
- B2 English Level
