Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Science Degree preferred.
- Source and screen candidates for healthcare roles in the US.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Present Qualified profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up on candidate process until onboarding.
- Negotiate salaries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication skills in English B1+ – B2.
