Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Science Degree preferred.
• Source and screen candidates for healthcare roles in the US.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Present Qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up on candidate process until onboarding.
• Negotiate salaries.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Good communication skills in English B1+ – B2.
