Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment.
- English Level B2+ or above
- Source and screen qualified candidates for different roles in the U.S.
- Present qualified profiles to clients
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups
