Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT profiles (database search, contact, interview scheduling, and registration of candidate data).
  • Evaluate profiles in terms of skills considering the requirements of the assigned positions.
  • Create a network of potential candidates.
  • Negotiate salaries.
  • Present qualified profiles.
  • Conduct interviews by phone and via Teams.
  • Meet established candidate delivery goals according to assignments.

Job Qualifications-

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, and related careers.
  • B2 English Level
